Alfio Oliveira is an animator and illustrator who first spawned in Miami Florida before moving to study at the Kansas City Art Institute in Missouri. He approaches his work as a way to experiment with various types of storytelling, aesthetics, and color techniques. At this point in his career he’s exploring his personal experiences and hardships in his art,repackaging them to fit in the nostalgic aesthetic of the 1980s and Webpunk. Most, if not all his work can be described as eye strain perturbation.
